The preview URL experiencing issues

The preview URL some times works and sometimes not and give the following error:

The problem disappear when using VPN, my current location is in Jordan, middle east.

Function region is Function Region iad1 not dxb1, so the problem is not related to the latest incidents, Also I tried redeploy but the problem not solved, the production deployment is working fine
