The support is working or not?

I created a v0 team account and added 3 seats but it doesn’t work. I deleted all teammates and left only myself. Nothing. I canceled the subscription after 1 hours, the seats don’t work and I ask for a refund. Nothing. You made 6 attempts to charge me and don’t look for a case of support. What’s wrong with you guys? I don’t want to pay for something that doesn’t work, give me my money back. Do you have real support or is this just an AI agent?
