There is no DNS section in my domain settings

I wonder, do I have to buy a domain to have acess to DNS settings? Or is my settings bugged or something.

I go to Domain and the only options are Refresh and Edit (and Buy Domain/ Add Domain), even though everywhere I look for help for setting DNS, it says there is more options in Domains.

If your domain is with an external registrar and not using Vercel nameservers, then you'll need to set your DNS records with the third party

my website has vercel.app in the address name, is that what you mean

You cannot configure DNS settings for a .vercel.app domain, as that is owned by Vercel. You must have your own domain if you want to change settings like that
