I have a web app that displays the error “This site can’t be reached” when users from certain locations try to access the base URL, such as domain.com. However, it works perfectly when they visit www.domain.com. Both URLs function correctly from my location. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this issue but haven’t succeeded. Could you please assist me?
