Ticket #01129291 opened on 24/04/26 with 3 of my posts still pending initial review

We are experiencing weeks of unmotivated increased usage and related costs without any meaningful modification to our code.
We need support on the subject and we ask proper refund.

Being on a paid account, we expected prompt assistance. On the contrary, this is the third period we are experiencing this issue since the end of March, increased bills are applied, but no assistance.

There were no meaningful code modifications. The bursts were not related to any deployment.

It’s 18/05/26, and I still haven’t received any replies from the Vercel support team. Not on my ticket, not here.

We are paying for this service.

How is it possible that no one ever cares to reply?
