It would be great to have a toggle switch that would make v0 save an overview of the code added as a readme file in the same folder where the code was changed.
It would allow for users to review the changes made and compare using the diff tool in the code preview section and we’d be able to identify if unnecessary changes were made, I currently I review the code itself but if we had it in human readable format, a change made to a file which hasn’t been changed in a while could be easier to understand.
