I purchased extra tokens because i ran out, ($30 option), I sent 1 message and it says I have ran out of tokens again. Biggest waste of $30 ever. How in the world does 1 message asking v0 to change the colour of something eat up $30 worth of credits. I feel like I just got scammed.
We all feel scammed, theres no clear view on how this is calculated.

What do you see for your credit balance and usage events at v0.dev/chat/settings/billing?
apollogies for the late reply, i thought this issue was a lost cause. regardless this is what i see, doesnt mention anything to do with tokens.
Is it to do with the fact that im still currently on the old plan? If so when my next bill comes around which is on the 6th as you can see, will i then see the £30 worth of token i purchased? Because otherwise that will be the end of my journey with v0, im not sticking with a platform that eats up £30 worth of tokens in one message.
I think you're right. This seems to be because you're still on the old pricing model, which doesn't use these credits. The 30 credits are still unused and should be available for you as soon as you switch over to usage-based billing.
Please let me know right away if they don't show up then so I can get it corrected ASAP
