已经调整很久的项目，当我优化它时中途停止了，v0没有帮我完成，有可能是我输入的文字过多。在我刷新后无法再访问到项目内容页面；由于无法进入到项目页面中，我甚至无法恢复到历史的版本中，也无法建立分支，所有的投入都消失了。应该如何才能恢复？
