Transfering out a domain from my vercel to another vercel account

I am trying to transfer or would i say move a domain name from my vercel account to another vercel account and it continues throwing error that the domain is being used by another team even when i have unlinked it from every project in my vercel account and when i try moving it it says unknown destination I need help
