I work for a nonprofit organization and was working with a web developer to build a new website for us in Sanity and Vercel. We were about to deploy last Friday 9/4 when he became unresponsive via text.

The web designer and I later found out that he had been admitted to the hospital and has become unreachable for the foreseeable future, though it's possible a family member could get access to his email to confirm this is legitimate.

I filled out an account recovery request but after seeing how many people have experienced non-responses via support, I figured I would also post here since it is an urgent matter for us.

What do we do? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
