Hi,

I'm trying to migrate my domain to my own Vercel account, but I'm stuck.

The previous owner has already confirmed they completely removed:

• the project
• the domain
• SSL certificates
• wildcard domain records

I have already completed all required DNS changes:

• Updated the A record to 216.198.79.1
• Updated the CNAME record for www
• Added the TXT verification record for benevision.us
• Added the TXT verification record for www.benevision.us
• Waited for DNS propagation
• Re-added the domains to my Vercel project

Current status:

✅ benevision.us = Valid Configuration

❌ www.benevision.us = "This domain is linked to another Vercel account."

The required TXT verification record for www.benevision.us is already present, but Vercel still reports that the domain is linked to another account.

The previous owner has confirmed everything has been removed from their Vercel account.

Is there anything else I can do on a Hobby account, or does this require Vercel staff to manually refresh/release the ownership?

The apex domain (benevision.us) is already showing Valid Configuration. Only www.benevision.us remains linked to another account.
