Hello, I am currently signed in to my Vercel account and still have access to my projects. I am trying to configure TOTP authentication, but Vercel requires re-authentication using an old passkey. The Windows prompt asks me to insert a physical USB security key, but I do not own or have access to such a key. I also do not have any valid recovery codes. The old codes I found are reported as invalid or already used. How can I securely verify ownership of my account and remove or reset the inaccessible passkey so that I can configure TOTP with an authenticator app? Please let me know the correct private support channel if account verification is required.
