I signed up, got started with Pro plan.
Now when Pro plan has expired, they shut down my project. Then I tried to downgrade my plan. But there’s no button to downgrade. But the docs still show that go to Settings > Billing > And then in the Plan Section > Click Downgrade. But there’s no such button at all.
I however found a page via Learn More> Hobby Plan > Start deploying: where I could click on start deploying and try to create a new project. But guess what, it now says that clear off the pending billing. When I go to invoices, it says 0 dollars, and it’s paid.
So, how am I supposed to downgrade? The docs are broken, the UI doesn’t allow me to. I don’t know the correct next step.
I’m very frustrated, please help.
