Unable to install Neon postgres

I am doing Chapter 6 of Learn Next.js’ AppRouterTutorial and am trying to create a database in Neon. However, when I click “Accept and Create” on the Vercel Dashboard, I get "Unable to install the integration. I have seen this post, but it is still not fixed.

Is there any way to fix this?

Hi @takuya-chinen, welcome to the Vercel Community!

Sorry that you are facing this issue. Let me talk to our team to see what is causing this.

Hi @takuya-chinen, can you try uninstalling the Neon integration from your Vercel dashboard and then re-installing it?

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Neon several times, but when I tried to create a Neon database in my project, I got the same error again. So I checked the developer tools in Chrome and found a 500 (Internal Server Error). Is there something wrong with my project or team settings?

Hi @takuya-chinen, thanks for trying that solution. Let’s try another combination, can you uninstall the integration from the dashboard and then perform the step without reinstalling it?

In the meantime, I’ll forward this information to our team.

I followed the same procedure with Neon integration uninstalled as instructed, but the same error occurred. I have a Neon account, do I need to delete it?

I tried to create a Neon database in the same way and got the same error. Also, reinstalling Neon Integration or deleting the project once and deleting it again did not work.

Thanks! Just to double check, you are getting same 500 error, correct?

That is correct. I will also post a screenshot of the error that occurred, just in case.
