I am doing Chapter 6 of Learn Next.js’ AppRouterTutorial and am trying to create a database in Neon. However, when I click “Accept and Create” on the Vercel Dashboard, I get "Unable to install the integration. I have seen this post, but it is still not fixed.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Neon several times, but when I tried to create a Neon database in my project, I got the same error again. So I checked the developer tools in Chrome and found a 500 (Internal Server Error). Is there something wrong with my project or team settings?
Hi @takuya-chinen, thanks for trying that solution. Let’s try another combination, can you uninstall the integration from the dashboard and then perform the step without reinstalling it?
In the meantime, I’ll forward this information to our team.
I followed the same procedure with Neon integration uninstalled as instructed, but the same error occurred. I have a Neon account, do I need to delete it?
I wanted to inform you that we have implemented a few fixes that were impacting the database creation with Neon. We believe these improvements should resolve the issue you were experiencing.
Could you please give it another try and let us know if you continue to encounter any problems? Your feedback is important to us, and it helps us ensure that our solutions are working effectively.
I tried to create a Neon database in the same way and got the same error. Also, reinstalling Neon Integration or deleting the project once and deleting it again did not work.
