Unable to recover domain purchased on a deleted Vercel account — DNS verification impossible

## Summary

I purchased the domain `ketch-up.app` through Vercel on a previous account
(GitHub-linked, email: filius.Ethan@gmail.com). I later deleted that account
and created a new one. Now I cannot add the domain to my new account because
the DNS TXT verification fails — since the domain's DNS is managed by
Vercel/Name.com and I no longer have access to the deleted account's DNS settings.

## What I've tried

1. **Add Existing → Claim Domain Ownership**
Followed the [Claiming Domain Ownership](https://vercel.com/docs/domains/working-with-domains/claim-domain-ownership) flow.
Vercel asks me to add a TXT record (`_vercel.ketch-up.app`) to verify ownership,
but since the domain was purchased through Vercel and DNS is managed by Vercel's
nameservers, I have no way to add the TXT record. The old account is deleted.

2. **Support tickets**
I have submitted multiple support tickets but have not received any response.

## Details

- **Domain:** `ketch-up.app`
- **Previous account email:** (linked via GitHub)
- **Previous account status:** Deleted
- **New account:** Active, attempting to add the domain
- **Registrar:** Vercel (Name.com internally)
- **DNS managed by:** Vercel nameservers (inaccessible due to deleted account)

## The problem

This is a chicken-and-egg situation:
- To claim the domain, I need to add a TXT record to DNS.
- To modify DNS, I need access to the account that owns the domain.
- That account has been deleted.

## Request

Could a Vercel team member please help transfer the domain `ketch-up.app`
to my current account? I can provide purchase receipts or any other proof
of ownership if needed.

Thank you.
