Unable to Send Message: Subscription Active, Balance Sufficient

I am facing an issue when attempting to send a message, as the following message appears:
“Failed to submit message. Start a new chat, retry, or edit your message.”
The problem is that I am subscribed to the plan, my subscription is active, and I have an unlimited balance. I have tried several solutions without success, and I need your assistance to resolve this issue.
