I have exactly the same problem, just getting redirected to a 404 message on /account/no-team when I try to reach the dashboard. I also can't go through the support form because it insists I choose an account from a dropdown which is empty, and trying to start a project from a github repo sends me into a pro checkout.

I have the same issue. Get the 404 error. I also can subscribe for team subscription. Lots going on=)

I just created my account on Vercel and I'm already running into two issues before even getting started.

Issue 1 --- Dashboard showing 404 After logging in, I get a 404 error page instead of my dashboard. I haven't imported any project from GitHub yet, so there's nothing deployed. My account email is leonfacundoezequiel@gmail.com. Not sure if the 404 is expected for a brand new account with no projects, or if something is broken on my end.

Issue 2 --- Hobby plan not available I signed up expecting to use the free Hobby plan, but the platform seems to be pushing me toward a paid plan. I don't see a way to continue with Hobby without entering payment details.

Has anyone experienced this? Is there a step I'm missing to get the dashboard working and activate the free plan?

Having the same issue. Find it quite amazing that they seem to want to provide a free hobby tier to get developers interested and try it out but then not fix an issue this severe (literally the first impression I have of this product is I cannot use it) and let it sit for more than a week. Crazy. ngmi

What's the ETA on a fix?

The engineering team explained to me that the problem is a bit trickier than I previously imagined. So we're taking the time to run more tests and do extra investigation to make sure the proposed solution fully solves the problem and doesn't break anything else.

I have a solution. @kittymoney @ellenbuilds @johnrhunor-7428 you have a new Pro Trial team. That'll automatically downgrade back to a regular Hobby team if you don't add a payment method. If you do add a saved a payment method for any reason but don't want to keep the Pro plan, just make sure you downgrade before the trial ends.

@cognivyhq-lgtm @leonfacundoezequiel @tfburns it looks like you already found your own workaround, but please let me know if you still need help with this

Hi @amyegan, I’m experiencing the same issue today.

- My dashboard redirects to `/account/no-team`.

- My GitHub account is connected, and I can see and import `RealSerendipity/FinRAG`.

- The import flow only offers Pro Trial or Pro.

- The Pro Trial checkout requires a payment method and says it will convert to the $20/month Pro plan after 14 days.

- The Vercel Support form also cannot be used because the Account dropdown shows “No results” and the Send button remains disabled.

I only want to deploy this personal, non-commercial project on the free Hobby plan, without adding a payment method. Could you please provision or restore a Hobby team for my account, or provide the no-payment-method trial team that automatically downgrades to Hobby, as described in your July 2 update?
