Unacceptable Billing Experience – $30 for 20 Messages, 5 Failed

I’m extremely disappointed with the new billing system. I paid $30 for additional messages and received barely 20—and to make matters worse, around 5 of the messages failed entirely. This is unacceptable and feels like a very poor value.

I believe you can also see the info in your database, but just in case, here’s a screenshot of the usage history.

I made some attempts to fix a few minor bugs in my Vue.js code.

Thanks for sharing this here. I see you were using the v0-1.5-lg model which is the most expensive one. I’ll forward this feedback to the v0 team. So, we can improve.

Even if the service is expensive, it shouldn’t consume tokens when a request fails—especially when the issue isn’t on my end (My internet connection was stable :D).

For your info, I used the ChatGPT o3 model to fix my issue. While v0 has strengths in response formatting and certain capabilities, o3 is actually smarter for many tasks. With customization, it can handle almost anything—it just takes more time to set up and it’s much more cost-effective.

Our team is on top of the customer feedback, and we will definitely share if we have any updates regarding that.

I’ll be unsubscribing from V0 due to the new billing system. The pricing is too high for the limited number of messages, and it no longer makes sense for my usage. It’s become too expensive and unfair.

Your team is FAR from on top of the feedback, as clearly evident on the forums and nearly every latest post.

Blindly concurring with us only acts as a slap in the face. You have zero updates and wont have any any time soon, be honest.
