Unanswered impersonation and suspected phishing report — Case 01586042 - Help

Could a Vercel moderator please escalate case 01586042 to Trust and Safety? We submitted an abuse report on September 28, 2026, and have followed up several times without receiving a response.

The reported website, staytrvlr.com, impersonates our business, TRAVLR Vacation Homes, whose legitimate website is staytravlr.com. It uses our full trademark branding, property photographs, company story, and founders’ names and apparent portraits without authorization, while substituting different contact details and soliciting guest, homeowner, and employment inquiries.

We have also been contacted by job applicants associated with the apparent impersonation. We have preserved screenshots, URLs, and technical evidence and can provide these privately. Although we have not verified a completed fraudulent payment, the site solicits personal information under our business identity.

This report concerns impersonation, deceptive practices, and suspected phishing under Vercel’s Acceptable Use Policy, alongside copyright and trademark concerns.
