Unauthorized charge and not getting any response on my ticket

My card got an unauthorized charge for a domain transfer, as Vercel didn’t show anything while transferring the domain. The domain was already purchased by me, and I have opened a support ticket, but they are not replying to the ticket. Kindly reply to ticket #971443 and refund me the money
