Unresolved Support Case

Hello,

I submitted a support case (Case #01225252) a few days ago and haven’t received a response despite being told to expect one within 24 hours. Hoping someone here might be able to help or flag it for the team.
I need to update the phone number associated with an existing business account so I can register my personal account with that number. I’ve already gone through the official support channel but the delay is blocking me from moving forward. If anyone from the Vercel team or community has dealt with this before and can point me in the right direction, I’d really appreciate it.
