I am posting here because repeated attempts to resolve this issue through Vercel's official channels have failed to produce a substantive response.

I am disputing the cancellation of a specific v0 Ambassador payout covering February 15 to March 3, 2026. Vercel communicated its compliance decision on April 2, 2026, and the payout was cancelled that same day, just one day before its expected processing date.

One important distinction has still not been addressed: nearly 30% of this payout came from template sales, and that portion was cancelled too.

Template sales were an experimental part of the ambassador program. The v0 Ambassador Slack channel communicated that ambassadors would be paid for template sales. However, I was not provided with separate formal written terms specifically governing these earnings.

I have repeatedly asked Vercel to explain the specific basis for cancelling this component and whether it was assessed separately from referral commissions. I have not received a substantive answer addressing these questions.

Template-sale earnings and referral commissions are distinct sources of compensation. Vercel needs to explain why the template-sale earnings were cancelled, rather than simply grouping everything under the same compliance decision without addressing this distinction.

During my time as a v0 Ambassador, I regularly shared feedback, participated in challenges and won two v0 challenges. I built the V0 Directory, which v0 shared on X and LinkedIn, and created templates that trended on the v0 homepage, with over 4,000 people using them.

I invested significant time and effort in the program. I have spent almost eight months trying to resolve this payment issue through official support channels and direct outreach to people at Vercel. Despite these efforts, I still do not have a clear explanation or resolution.

To be clear, I am not disputing the cancellation of my other payouts. My request concerns this specific payout and the circumstances surrounding it.

I am asking Vercel to:

Explain the basis for cancelling the February 15 to March 3 payout.

Address the cancellation of template-sale earnings separately, including the Slack communication that these sales would be paid and the applicable terms or policy.

Release the full amount of this specific payout.

I am not looking for another generic response citing a compliance decision. I have already received that. I am asking for the actual questions to be answered and for this payout to receive a proper review.

After almost eight months, I believe this deserves a clear, substantive response from Vercel's legal or sponsorships team.
