Hi v0 team,
I purchased $10.00 USD in credits on May 16, 2026. The charge went through and I see “$10.00 Purchased Credits” in my dashboard.
But I still get “You’ve reached your limit” when trying to generate. My Monthly Credits shows $0.00 / $20.00.
It seems the system requires monthly credits even with purchased credits available.
Can you please activate my $10 purchased credits? My project is blocked.

UPDATE: Still completely blocked.
$10 was charged successfully from my card. I have the receipt.
But v0 still says “You’ve reached your limit”.
This is impacting my SaaS development deadline.
@amyegan @vercel-team Can someone please check this billing issue?

I checked the credit logs to make sure the credits were added to your account. I see that $10 of credits were added on the same day you posted here. Those credits were used in the last few days. Are you still having trouble with it?
