Hello Vercel/v0 team,
I need urgent help with a v0 billing and credits issue that is blocking my work.
Support case: CSE_01hrtT8t84KOGz8A
Timeline:
- In September 2026, I paid $30 for one month of v0.
- One month later, in October, the subscription was supposed to renew, but the renewal charge failed because I had not converted funds for the USD payment.
- About one week after receiving an email asking me to pay, I manually paid $30 directly in v0 and continued using the service.
- Despite that payment, I continued receiving emails asking me to pay an overdue balance. Because my v0 plan was active and usable after the $30 payment, I believed those reminders were stale and ignored them.
- After exhausting the Vercel Hobby plan’s free usage, I needed to upgrade to Vercel Pro for $20. However, checkout said that I first had to pay an overdue balance of $33.
- I paid the requested $33 so I could proceed, but no v0 credits were added.
- I thought the credits might not have been added because I already had an active paid v0 plan. I therefore canceled the plan I had manually purchased. The cancellation immediately removed nearly $18 in remaining credits.
- The $33 “overdue balance” payment was made only about one week after my manual $30 v0 payment, while there was still time remaining in that billing period. Even so, the $33 payment resulted in no credits.
I believe both missing amounts must be resolved. Please:
- Restore the nearly $18 in remaining credits that disappeared when I canceled the active plan, or refund that amount.
- Add the v0 credits associated with the $33 overdue-balance payment, or refund the $33 payment.
- Review why the billing system required an additional overdue payment after my manual $30 payment, and allow me to upgrade to Vercel Pro without another duplicate or incorrect charge.
I also contacted support by email. I was told that a reply could take 2–3 weeks, but this is urgent because the missing credits are blocking my work. Please escalate the existing support case and respond as soon as possible.
I have intentionally not included my email address, receipts, invoice details, or card information in this public post. I can provide supporting documents privately through the existing support case.
Thank you.
