Urgent Help Needed – sevenserenitysafaris.com Entered Redemption Period - Help

Hello Vercel Support Team,

I’m requesting urgent assistance with my domain sevenserenitysafaris.com.

I previously deleted the domain from Vercel by mistake. After contacting support, the domain was restored, and I was given a renewal grace period to complete the payment.

Unfortunately, before I could make the payment, my laptop broke, which prevented me from completing the renewal on time. The domain has now entered the redemption period, and the renewal cost has become significantly higher.

I understand the situation and I am ready to pay the normal renewal fee immediately. I kindly ask if the Vercel team could make an exception and return sevenserenitysafaris.com to the regular renewal period, if possible, so I can renew it at the standard price.

This domain is very important to my project, and I would be extremely grateful if the team could help me recover it without the additional redemption fees.

Most TLDs have a grace period of up to 45 days. During this period, you can renew it from your team's Domains tab.

If you don't renew during the grace period, it will go into the Redemption Period (30 days for .com domains). During this period, domain can be restored by paying a redemption fee along with the renewal fee. The full fee is paid through Vercel to the registry to redeem your domain. Vercel does profit from domain redemptions. You can start the redemption from the domain details page in your team's Domains tab. The dashboard will show any applicable redemption fee.

After Redemption ends, the domain enters Pending Delete state for 5 days. This is a final, non-recoverable state.

Unfortunately, your domain is currently in the pending delete state. Vercel can no longer recover the domain on your behalf. The domain will be deleted from the registry and become available to register again soon.
