URGENT: Locked out by unexpected 2FA — production access blocked, proof submitted

Hello Vercel Support,

I am completely locked out of my account because I am being prompted for a two-factor authentication (2FA) code that I do not have access to and did not knowingly set up. This is now blocking production work, and I need urgent help regaining access.

Account details

Account email: base@milaturkiye.com
Name: Oğuzhan Taşhan
Team / project: mila-portal
What I have already done
I have opened two support cases and submitted every piece of information requested to prove ownership of this account:

thread::TimrMBo4JLG1iTksq0mIekE::
thread::JUEu-hkXKESXE0TQO8gyJUE::
Despite submitting proof of ownership, I have not received any meaningful response or resolution, and the cases are still open.

Why this is urgent

My live production applications are hosted on this account. I cannot deploy updates or critical security patches while locked out.
My deployments are connected to a GitHub repository, so the codebase keeps building, but I have no access to environment variables, settings, or billing.
Billing continues on the account while I am unable to access or manage the service, which is not sustainable.
What I am requesting
Please manually review my open cases, verify my identity through the proof already submitted, and either:

Disable the unexpected 2FA on my account, or
Provide a secure alternative method for me to regain access.
I am ready to provide any additional verification you need (billing details, payment method on file, DNS/domain ownership, deployment history, GitHub connection). I would greatly appreciate a prompt review given the production impact.

Thank you for your urgent attention.

Best regards,

Following up on my open tickets (thread::TimrMBo4JLG1iTksq0mIekE and
thread::JUEu-hkXKESXE0TQO8gyJUE) — still no response after 3 days.

I’m a paying Vercel Pro customer and I’m fully locked out: my authenticator
device was lost and my saved recovery codes are being rejected. This is now
blocking a production deployment, so it is time-critical.

Could you prioritize this as a Pro account-recovery case? I only need a 2FA
reset to log back in. Thank you.

Hi Base 2922

I have the same problem… :frowning:

Have you received a reply since then?

Thanks
