URGENT: Portfolio Offline 10 Days due to UNPAID_INVOICE Soft-Block Loop (Case #013h7D3s9rFEbuw6)

Hello Vercel Team,

My personal account (farrukhjaved381) has been completely paused for 10 days. My production portfolio (mfarrukhjaved.com) is completely offline throwing a DEPLOYMENT_DISABLED (HTTP 402) error.

The Vercel assistant confirmed my team has a soft-block status of UNPAID_INVOICE, but there is no physical invoice available to pay or cancel. I am entirely trapped and unable to downgrade back to the Free Hobby tier.

My active support ticket is Case #013h7D3s9rFEbuw6. Could a community manager or billing engineer please look up this case number and manually clear this database glitch so my site can go live? Thank you!
