Hello again,
This is now my 5th+ attempt to get support for Case #00509756. I upgraded to the Premium plan ($20) on May 15, but lost access after only 2 days. My dashboard shows $0.00 / $20.00 and Premium features are blocked.
I’ve followed up here multiple times and posted in the community, but received no real response or fix. The community post was made unlisted and ignored after a single reply.
This delay is unacceptable for a paid plan. I’ve recommended Vercel to many friends, some of whom now use your services — and this is seriously damaging my credibility and trust in your company.
If this is not resolved within the next 12 hours, I will:
- File a chargeback with my bank for the $20 payment
- Share this full experience publicly with my developer network and community
Please resolve this immediately by:
- Restoring my Premium plan, or
- Issuing a full refund
This is urgent and blocking my workflow.
