Urgent: Production domain (bbqp.pro) is blocked in Russia, confirmed Vercel IP issue

Hello Vercel Community,

I’m facing a critical issue. My production domain bbqp.pro is completely inaccessible in Russia without a VPN.

Details:

  • My project’s default URL, bbqp.vercel.app, works perfectly in Russia.

  • The custom domain bbqp.pro does not work.

  • The AI support assistant guided me through troubleshooting. We confirmed that the problem is not with Cloudflare.

  • I disabled the Cloudflare proxy (“DNS Only” mode) as a test. The site was still blocked. This proves that the underlying Vercel IP address assigned to my custom domain is on a regional blocklist in Russia.

The AI assistant confirmed this is a “legitimate infrastructure issue” and prepared a support case, but I am on the Hobby plan and cannot submit it.

Is there any way to have my project moved to a different, non-blocked IP range? As it stands, my production site is unusable for my entire target audience.
