Since this happens across multiple devices and another user also sees it, it may not be a local browser issue.
A few useful checks:

Try creating a completely new v0 project and send two prompts there. This helps confirm whether the issue is project-specific or account/workspace-wide.

Check whether the failed second prompt shows an error in DevTools → Network.

Try a very short second prompt, such as “change the heading text,” to see whether the issue is related to prompt size/context.

Check your v0 usage/credits page to confirm the request is not being blocked by usage limits.

If the issue only happens in this one project, try duplicating the project or restoring to an earlier working version.
If it still fails after the first prompt across new projects too, this may need v0/Vercel staff to inspect the account or workspace state. The most useful details to add would be the exact error message, browser console/network error, whether it happens in a new blank project, and whether your usage page shows any limit or credit warning.
