Urgent: recover domain from deleted Vercel account - cases 01238196 / 01238198

Hello Vercel team,

I need help escalating an urgent domain recovery issue.

Domain: hoopiquiz.com
Account Recovery cases: 01238196 and 01238198
Outage started: June 11, 2026

The domain was purchased through Vercel. I accidentally deleted the original Vercel account before transferring the domain. The domain is still delegated to Vercel nameservers, but they now return REFUSED/SERVFAIL because the account and DNS zone were deleted.

The production origin is healthy, but Google organic traffic and direct visitors cannot resolve the domain. The site has now been globally unavailable for more than 24 hours.

I have already submitted the original purchase receipt and invoice to registration@vercel.com. The cases were acknowledged with a stated review time of one business day, but I have not received a human update yet.

I also created a new Vercel account so the domain can be restored or attached there if needed.

Could a Vercel staff member please help coordinate or escalate cases 01238196 and 01238198 to the domain/registrar team? The immediate priority is restoring the DNS zone or allowing the domain to be transferred.

As far as I can see, that domain currently belongs to the team you used to post here. The domain seems to be working now
