Urgent refund request – Charged after team deletion

Hello,

I deleted my Vercel team recently, but I was charged for the Pro plan about 2 hours after deletion.

Here’s what happened:

  • I was trying to upgrade the team to the Pro plan, but the payment wasn’t going through.
  • Due to repeated failure, I deleted the team and changed to the Hobby plan.
  • However, I noticed a charge for the deleted team was made hours after deletion.

I need a refund as soon as possible, as I need to file the expense to my company urgently.
