When I try to open a support ticket, they ask me to add comments, I submit them… and then they disappear into the void. After refreshing the page, I see the message “Loading response… It will appear here when complete”, but nothing ever arrives.
I have used up almost all my credits trying to resolve this and this is the first time I have experienced such a failure with the tool, could you please help me to reset it or tell me the correct procedure to get my messages and tickets to be sent correctly?
I have a very similar problem where I encounter the same error message when I try to continue a chat that I was working on for several days. The problem started when I upgraded my Free plan to a Team plan and gave my new paid account access to the chat. Now the error happens each time I try to continue the chat with my paid account, and I can’t progress any further on my Free account because I’m out of credits. So the only option left is to manually share all the code with V0 in a new chat, but even that starts encountering errors when about half way through, where the chat will longer accepts the code files and just throws another error. Unfortunately this rework has already cost $1.50 in credits and now appears unworkable because I cannot finish adding all he files to the new chat.
Some urgent assistance to resolve the original issue would be greatly appreciated.
