Urgent Takedown Request – Phishing Website - Help

Dear Vercel Team,

We’ve discovered a phishing site hosted on your platform that is impersonating Cloud86 and targeting our customers:

URL: https://myaccount-cloud86.vercel.app/cloud86-login.html

This site is fraudulently collecting credentials, misusing our trademark, and putting users at risk. We’ve already received multiple reports from customers who thought this was our official login page.

We’ve submitted abuse reports via your forms several times, but the content is still online and we haven’t received a response.

Request: Please immediately suspend or remove the malicious Vercel app linked to this URL to prevent further harm.

Thanks again for forwarding our earlier reports. Unfortunately, the phishing websites are still active, and we have not received any update or response from your Security team. This is very concerning, as these sites continue to target our customers and collect credentials fraudulently while misusing our brand.

We urgently request that these malicious apps be suspended or removed without further delay to prevent ongoing harm. Could you please escalate this matter and provide us with a clear update on the actions being taken?

Hi , I'm sorry that it's taking longer. Our safety team is facing a long backlog of such requests so it can sometimes take longer than usual. Let me escalate these URLs as well.

Hi ,

Thank you for escalating again. However, these phishing sites have now been live for over two weeks since our first report, and they continue to actively target Cloud86 customers. Given the severity and ongoing risk, we must insist that these URLs are taken down within the next 24 hours.

The continued availability of these fraudulent sites is unacceptable and poses a serious risk to our users.
