I don’t think I ever set up 2FA, but it’s showing as enabled on my account.
We’ve already paid for the company website and connected the domain, so this is blocking our launch. Could you please help resolve this ASAP?
Our nameservers have already been switched over to Vercel, so we’re completely blocked from launching.
We’ve already paid for the website, connected the domain, and the product is ready to go. I also submitted an account recovery appeal, but haven’t heard back yet. I’m including the support thread ID here as well.
I’d really appreciate it if someone could help us resolve this as soon as possible.
