Urgent: v0 "The task was stopped due to content filter restrictions."

I am asking for help related to API issues on a GenAI front end.
v0 is now failing in chat with the following:
“error: The task was stopped due to content filter restrictions.”

Please assist, I need this resolved right away. The timing is critical.

If you scroll up in the chat to a previous working version before the content filter was triggered, and before you provided any info or assets that may have triggered it, click the 3 dots and go to New Chat

That should create a new chat with all of your code but no chat history and hopefully nothing in the context that will trigger the content filter. If you’ve added anything into the code itself you will likely need to remove that as well or it will trigger again.

Keep in mind that if you are working on something you intend to publicly host on Vercel, it will have to abide by the Acceptable Use Policy.

Thank you Jacob - I will attempt this but I am on an urgent and critical timeline. I’m crossing my fingers. If there is an issue I will report back.

There is no reason for any trigger. I was only ensuring that the Fal.AI API endpoint safety toggle was on/off working. It wasn’t integrated correctly by v0. We are not hosting or developing adult content. Whatever the trigger was from, please know we cannot have code compromised or have to re-create it. Those would be credits spent because of a v0 internal error that will need to be refunded or credited.

As I’m unaware of the public access for support requests here on the community forum - I want to ensure this is not publicly accessible. There is nothing being hosted publicly on Vercel. This is private development tool for GenAI and DevOps content. Additionally, this message needs to be placed in a non-public view setting. No information, whatsoever, should be available to anyone except vercel and myself as customer.

Jacob - Thank you again! It went over to another chat but didn’t carry the whole chat. It said it was blocked however I know the exact trigger and I created a new chat before that happened to ensure that it would proceed with your instructions.

That situational awareness is needed. Though I did have a brief, which you might be able to see, that chat is almost 2 million tokens but in order to bring coherence we need some critical help.

Please reach out and let me know if you can provide assistance. I appreciate it.

When you create a new chat it’ll keep all the code but clear the chat history

Alternatively you can go through each message since whatever triggered the filter and delete each of them which might let you proceed, however anecdotally I find the best experience with v0 is by keeping my chat history empty and focused on as close to one task at a time
