It sounds like a local issue with your browser. This happens from time to time with Firefox regardless of the specific site affected. I’ve seen a few solutions over the years.
- Clearing browser cache may help
- Make sure Firefox is updated to the latest version
- Go to
about:supportin Firefox to access the Troubleshooting Information page which has some info and tools that can help with browser issues- You can use safe mode (now called Troubleshoot Mode) for troubleshooting, which can tell you if the problem is caused by hardware acceleration or an add-on
- You can use the Refresh Firefox option to reset the browser to its default settings
- Sometimes people need to uninstall and reinstall Firefox to reset the software completely
