When processing tasks with slightly larger workloads, the chat interface frequently shows a sudden appearance of the completion/thumbs-up bar (including the finished sound alert) in the middle of the conversation, but the task is actually still running. If I click on the ‘Versions’ history, I can see that the latest version is still in progress. I then have to manually revert to the previous version and then click back on the new version. At this point, the AI dialogue box refreshes, and the newly completed version appears (though I’m unsure if it just finished at that exact moment). This issue has been happening continuously for two days. I initially thought the conversation was being forcibly terminated halfway through. Please help investigate this issue!
What happens if you breka the big workloads down into small chunks? Still same issue?
Could be a slight lag, but id say just let it do its thing before reverting. But if its that long of a lag where you cant do anything, try doing smaller workloads and see how it works.
Currently, I am already having the AI divide the tasks into small batches, for example, 5 batches. However, this issue still consistently appears in one of those batches. Since I know the AI is still processing, it’s not a major problem for me, but users who are unaware of this situation might be confused by the sudden ‘false interruption’ in the communication record. I will use it for another one to two days and report back if the problem persists. Thank you!
Ahhh ok I see what you mean now. Interesting. And totally agree on it being possibly confusing to users who arent aware or who may rush to a conclusion or something. So totally get ya on it all.
