v0 Code Editor: File Explorer controls completely missing

I'm on the v0 Free plan and the current Code editor's File Explorer has lost all of the file-management controls.

I am definitely in Code, not Preview. The File Explorer shows my actual project files and folders (app, components, hooks, lib, public, styles, package.json, next.config.mjs, etc.).

However:

There is no New File button There is no New Folder button There is no ... menu Right-clicking a folder does not produce the v0 file-management menu Right-clicking app produces the normal Chrome Back/Forward/Reload browser menu I cannot rename files/folders through the editor I cannot download files through the editor

I have reproduced this in Chrome, Chrome Incognito, and Microsoft Edge.

The v0 assistant initially told me to hover over the folder for the + buttons and right-click for the ... menu. Those controls simply do not exist in my editor.

I was then told that I must be looking at the deployed/Preview page. That is incorrect. I am already in the Code editor.

The current v0 documentation says these File Explorer operations should be available.

Is this a known bug with the current Code editor, or has the old file-management functionality actually been removed for Free users?
