v0 commit option not appearing after saving preventing PR creation

I am trying to make a change to the code in v0 and when I do, it pops up the option to save or revert.

After I click save, what is supposed to happen is that it should give an option to commit the changes. But that option is not appearing, which means I cannot create a PR. Is this a known bug?
