I have the same problem… I could not use my gifted credits after I used up my monthly credits…

I’m sorry you’re facing this issue. Could you share a screenshot of the error? Also, from the billing page showing the left over credits?

I encountered the same problem as well. May I ask how you solved it?

After I linked a credit card to the AI gateway, it worked magically…. I don’t know if that is the reason…..

I’m glad it worked. But, they are unrelated. Highly likely the issue got resolved sometime around that.
