V0 has become buggy to the point of being unusable

Starting a couple of days ago, v0 seems to have become totally unusable due to a number of issues:

prompts will often not finish outputting code
quality of responses is extremely low, with v0 not able to debug fairly straightforward issues
chat output is written into the code
code is frequently omitted

I have attached a screenshot that shows a few of the above issues. Note in the bottom right how v0 is writing chat output into the code. It has been at the point of not finishing for multiple hours now (and there is no progress).

OK here's a fairly straight-forward place where it's being buggy. I asked for v0 to show me the code where makes a switch component.

Me: can you show me the code for making the switch?

v0: I'll show you the code for creating the switch component in our React application. Let me retrieve the relevant part of the code for you.

It's hard to capture in words what's happening, so here's a screenshot. Note that:

it hasn't shown me anything about the switch component
it is writing its chat output into the code file
the preview is apparently still rendering (I ran this about 12 hours before the screenshot was taken)
you can also see evidence of the previous chat, where it also wrote its chat output into the code
while it was updating the file during that previous ask, it just stopped and never finished (you can see that in the screenshot from the unfinished file that it has written some chat over).
