v0 IRL application forms appear to be down

Hi all --- trying to apply for a v0 IRL event, but all three application pages are throwing the same 500 error and won't submit:

https://v0midsizeevent.vercel.app/ (mid-size event form)
https://v0microevent.vercel.app/ (micro event form)
https://v0.app/ambassador (ambassador page)

Error message:

"An error occurred in the Server Components render. The specific message is omitted in production builds to avoid leaking sensitive details. A digest property is included on this error instance which may provide additional details about the nature of the error."

Has anyone else run into this? My event timeline is tight, so I'd appreciate any pointers on an alternative way to apply or who to reach out to directly. Thanks!
