I’m seeing an issue with v0 credit usage. My account shows:
Gifted Credits: $30.00
Monthly Credits: $12.00 / $20.00
Purchased Credits: $0.00
Total Available: $42.00
Behavior:
v0 only deducts from Monthly Credits.
Once Monthly Credits hit $0, v0 still does not use my Gifted Credits—requests fail instead of drawing from the $30 gifted balance.
What I’ve tried:
Refreshing/relogging and waiting for the dashboard to update.
Running new sessions after Monthly hit $0.
Same issue here, got 5 credits after using my referral link. My profile shows 5 gifted credits but v0 is asking to upgrade and refuses to use gifted credits !
We’re looking into the issue where it doesn’t draw from Gifted once monthly is empty, but the initial behaviour is correct – we draw from whatever credits expire first. Initially that was always Gifted but since the referral system has longer lived gifted credits the copy on that page is no longer accurate, and we’ll update the UI to reflect that
So if your monthly credits expire in 19 days but the gifted credits expire in 30 days then it will drain monthly first.
@wu-liang, I wanted to check in regarding the issue with v0 not using your Gifted Credits after your Monthly Credits are exhausted. Have you found a solution, or do you still need assistance with this? Happy to dig deeper if needed.
