V0 loses progress

I'm unsure if I'm doing something wrong, but V0 sometimes loses a good amount of conversations. The deployed version is nowhere to be found and it says the old version is the latest and published. It's frustrating to lose hours worth of work like this. Am I doing something wrong?

Can you expand more on what you mean by this? Did you deploy it on Vercel? Can you not see it in the dashboard?

Here’s the chat. It happened again today. I’ve made quite the progress and it wiped off last 2 days work. I’ve made “Dice Roller” and made modification to “Tip Calculator” and “Coin Flipper”'s features but history of that chat is gone now.

I can think of two reasons why this might be happening

Using VPN
I had the same V0 chat opened on multiple tabs and when I opened the one that's older and prompted it, it overridden all the progress that I made and rolled back to the old state.
