V0 paid plan access removed mid session

I am on a paid seat for a team plan for v0. Once added, I can initially access the team projects but if I return to the home page v0.dev it removes my access and a teammate has to remove my access and re-add me each time. Please help.

Your access doesn’t look like it’s being removed but there’s a chance the homepage is returning a stale cached team session for you

Could you log out and then clear browser cookies for v0.dev, then log in and see if you’re still experiencing the issue? If that fixes it then I’m pretty sure I’ve spotted the bug and I’ll pass it to the v0 team

I have already done this multiple times unfortunately and upon login it still says “start a team plan” next to the Thrive team that I already have a paid seat for. Any other suggestions? I should also mention that my teammate is now having the same problem. Initially he has access when he accepts the invite to the paid team plan but if he revisits the v0.dev home page after viewing a project his access is then cut off.

Following up on this, this issue is a major blocker for our team and quite frustrating as we’ve been invoiced/paid for our seats but can’t use them.

It looks like at one point a few weeks ago the v0 seats were manually removed and ever since then the v0 seats haven’t been reassigned upon adding people back to the team

There’s a separate flag on each member of the team in Vercel that marks whether they have been granted a v0 seat or not, and when inviting someone there is a checkbox for whether it includes v0

We’ve manually restored the seat assignment to each member of the Thrive team so hopefully that unblocks you

And we’ll keep investigating whether there’s some stale session bug on the homepage that is revoking team access somehow
