I’m hoping someone from the support team or community can help with this.
I paid for my “June subscription” to V0, but for some reason, I’m still getting messages asking me to upgrade. When I try to click “Upgrade,” it just shows “Subscribing to Premium” and stays frozen on that screen; nothing happens.
Now I’m completely locked out of the tools and premium features. I need to work on a major project, and I can’t move forward. It’s frustrating because I’ve already paid and can’t find a way to reset or re-enable access.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix or a way to force the subscription to refresh?
I’ve tried refreshing the page, logging out/in, even using a different browser — no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
Hey @stenleya-7239. What do you see in the usage events section at the bottom of v0.dev/chat/settings/billing? It would also be helpful to see the prompt telling you to upgrade.
From what I can see, your account has an active v0 Premium subscription. If you have more than one profile, make sure you’ve switched to the right one using the picker at the top left.
It looks like the message says you’re out of credits and provides a link to buy more credits. That means you are currently on the v0 Premium plan; the Free plan doesn’t have the option to add more credits. You don’t need to start a Team plan to continue using v0.
From what I can see in the credit logs, your premium credits were applied and have all been used. However, I don’t have insight into all the details to explain what happened.
