V0 - Premium literally not working - can't create projects

Can’t create any new project
trying template: Failed to create project
or
using + sign: An unexpected error occurred. Please try again.

Even creating a new support case for V0 is not working in support, since the account is wrongly identified as a hobby account.

Not really a good experience.

Happy to hear any idea or to get through to Vercel.
