I’m looking for clarification on how credit rollover works for the Premium Plan.
I recently received the following response from support:
I wanted to clarify how the V0 Premium plan works regarding credits: the plan operates on a monthly basis, which means your $20 in monthly credits are tied to each billing cycle. Once the 30 days of your billing period have passed, any unused credits will expire — they do not roll over to the following month.
However, on the Billing page, I see this message:
“Unused monthly credits roll over for one month.”
These two statements seem to contradict each other.
Can someone from the team clarify the actual behavior?
For example, if I have a Premium Plan with $20/month in credits and only use $10 this month:
- Does the remaining $10 roll over to the next month?
- If so, how long does the rollover credit remain valid?
- Or do all unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle?
It would be helpful to have a clear explanation, as the Billing page and support response currently provide different information.
