v0 prompts failing silently after thinking animation without generating code

Hey everyone,

Problem

Our team is running into a major roadblock with v0. We’re experiencing an issue where every prompt results in the “thinking” animation followed by an immediate termination. We hear the v0 chime, but no code is generated, no changes are made, and, frustratingly, no error message is provided.

Current Behavior

  1. Prompt is entered.
  2. “Thinking” animation appears.
  3. v0 chime sounds.
  4. Process terminates immediately with no output or error.

As a Team plan subscriber, it’s tough being stuck in limbo for several days without a support response. Has anyone else encountered this “silent crash,” or is there a known workaround while we wait for the official support team to get back to us?

i am facing the same issue at the moment, tried new chat no way, please how can this be resolve
